My Approach

I offer a holistic one-to-one Health Coaching Program tailored to your needs and goals. During the Program, I am not going to give you a diet to follow, ask you to count calories, or engage in strenuous routines. Instead of that, I am going to help you to discover what works for you and to create and adopt a lifestyle that is genuinely yours.

Specifically, I will help you to:

  • Develop an intuitive way of eating based on your body's needs and lifestyle

  • Manage emotional eating and cravings

  • Increase energy levels

  • Reduce stress levels

  • Improve gut health and allergies

  • Introduce or maintain regular physical activity

  • Create and stick to a healthy routine in your day to day

  • Manage daily life challenges without getting overwhelmed

    Pantry and refrigerator makeover at your home followed by a supermarket tour.

    Recipes ideas, meal preparations for the week, and cooking classes if needed.

1. Get-to-know call

Let’s meet up and go through your health history to see if there is a fit between your goals and what I can offer. This 30 mins meeting is free of charge!

2. Select your Program & Goals

Choose the length of your Program and define the goals you want to achieve by the end of it. We are going to work hand by hand to reach them!

3. Let’s do it!

We’ll meet up every two weeks either in person or online. In each session, we are going to cover different topics and activities. It’s going to be fun :)
